EMC 36th Meetup — October 2026

What does it take to thrive as a community?

This month we'll look at how location, space, and proximity to other founders and operators affect our ability to progress in achieving our goals. Whether you work remote, hot desk or rent a space, you'll know that where you work has a powerful effect on your output.

What happens if regular, productive connections becomes part of your weekly routine? What can you contribute and which benefits can you expect in return? At Entrepreneurs Meet, we feel that thriving communities can unlock superpowers that benefit everyone, which can be shared and improved on, and which can become deeply embedded in the culture of entrepreneurship.

THE PROGRAM

We’ll split into smaller groups.

Each group will discuss what it would take to create their dream space for working and connecting in Cagliari. The goal is not to design a complete solution. We'll be brainstorming and validating ideas, taking input directly from our talented community.

Each group will discuss:

• What are the elements that make a community space truly great?

• Where has it worked well, and what inspiration can we take from other places and spaces?

• How would space help founders and operators in Sardinia ?

• What do we need to make it happen?

We’ll share the ideas together, collect the strongest suggestions, and use them as contributions to the Entrepreneurs Meet annual report.

Come ready to exchange experiences, challenge assumptions, and imagine practical ways to make Cagliari an even better place to build a business and live well.

The activity will be informal, collaborative, and open to different perspectives—whether you are a founder, freelancer, employee, aspiring entrepreneur, or simply curious about the future of the city.

About the community

Entrepreneurs Meet is a community for founders, freelancers, makers, and curious minds who believe business is more than numbers on a spreadsheet. It’s a space to experiment, share experiences, and grow together through honest conversations and practical collaboration. We meet regularly in different locations around Cagliari to connect people who are building projects, companies, and careers with intention.

Our manifesto is simple:

• Business should be human, not just transactional.

• Community is a multiplier of opportunities.

• Sharing what works—and what doesn’t—makes everyone stronger.

• The future of Cagliari is something we can actively shape together.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to join us. You just need the willingness to show up, listen, and contribute.
