Founders could learn from people who have already built companies, avoid common mistakes, grow their networks, and make better decisions on strategy, funding and growth.
What we'd need to make it happen
A structured mentorship program matching founders with experienced entrepreneurs and professionals, both local and from the Sardinian diaspora abroad. It would also need a coordinating organization, such as an accelerator, the university or a startup association, plus regular sessions and a way to recruit and keep mentors involved.
